I need to replace a mosfet for a 3D printer. The seller and manufacturer were contacted on this but were not able to fulfill a replacement.

See this on mosfet:
IRF3205
P705D
KCAB

Yes. Those other numbers and letters are lot/date codes.

The way to start is with manufacturer's selector guide. Look for one with same voltage and current ratings.

Are you trying to replace one or a few damaged FETs or are you replacing this on a design that you will be making in large quantity?
