There is no location on Earth completely free of electromagnetic radiation due to the omnipresence of the Earth's magnetic field and thermal radiation. While some radio-quiet areas exist, often near radio telescopes, they still experience background RF radiation. Government facilities may utilize advanced shielding techniques to minimize electromagnetic interference, but these are not entirely devoid of radiation. Even in controlled environments, any object with a temperature above absolute zero emits blackbody radiation, introducing electromagnetic fields. Ultimately, achieving a perfect absence of electromagnetic radiation is theoretically impossible in practical scenarios.
