In summary, the conversation explores the concept of the similarities between existence before life and after death. The comparison is made between being born and waking up to a new day, and death and going back to sleep. The question is raised whether we visit the afterlife during our physical life through our dreams. The conversation concludes with the idea that dreams and reality are similar, except for the limitations in our physical reality. The ultimate answer to the question is left unknown until after death.

How is our existence before life akin to that after death, e. g., do we return from whence we came?

How is the experience of pre-life and death comparable for both contender and spectator, e. g., is fear of death that of recovering birth-trauma?

in my view of reality, being born is equal to waking up to a new day and death is going back to sleep. more interesting, do we visit that 'place' while we sleep during our physical life?

our dreams are the same as our reality besides the fact that limits we have in our reality do not exist in our dreams.
