AI Thread Summary
Nishant seeks guidance on learning the basics of physics without delving into complex mathematics, expressing interest in natural laws, astronomy, and prominent figures like Einstein, Newton, and Galileo. He requests recommendations for ebooks, free web courses, or other accessible resources. Respondents suggest various online platforms, including HyperPhysics, MIT's OpenCourseWare, Khan Academy, and astronomy-specific sites. These resources provide foundational knowledge and insights into physics laws as they relate to astronomy and the universe. Nishant finds the shared links helpful and continues to seek additional free resources.

Welcome to the PF. Here is one place to start:

.

Walter Lewin has put the whole freshman physics course on video -- it's very good:

Edit: It's not the easiest material. I'd just pause the video when he throws too much math out at once.
