We had a similar case in Norway a couple of years ago; a guy had been doing this for years; he'd even placed a ladder down there so that he could come closer to whatever woman he was "admiring".

ya, i saw this on the news last night. I guess that the only way in was locked, so the guy had to climb down through the toilet... NASTY! i'd've freaked out if i was that girl. seriously... how can people be that desperate? or maybe he proffered taht sort of environment...?
