Hi! I want to ask you something. I have one part of my book which I can't understand.
I can't understand the bolded part. Please help! Thanks.
P.S My teacher told me if we start to prove this, we will get that the row rang is lower or equal of the colonial rang.
I think it is always equal, how is this possible?
