Stop electricity?

Is it possible to stop electricity by stoping electrons with the magnetic field?

A magnetic field cannot stop electron, it can only change the direction of motion.

A very strong magnetic field can make them go in circles - but they don't stop.

No, I think you are confusing the negative MAGNETIC poles of the magnet with the negative ELECTRIC charge of the electron. Those are two different things.

The electron is not repulsed by the magnet since it has no net magnetic charge. If it had been a magnetic monopole it would be possible, but such particles have never been observed.
