AI Thread Summary
The symbols feature in the homework help forum is malfunctioning, as users report that several symbols do not display correctly and appear as question marks. The sigma button functions properly, indicating that not all symbol inputs are affected. The issue seems to be related to a potential JavaScript conflict, particularly for users on the latest version of Opera. This problem may not be isolated to a single user, suggesting a broader technical issue. Further investigation is needed to resolve the symbol display problem.

Hello!

In the homework help fora, the little tab on the side with symbols doesn't work, I didn't try all of them but it didn't work for about the 7 I did try. The symbols using the sigma button did work, however. I am using the latest version of Opera, if that helps.

I found physics forums and used it to ask questions I was unable to get answered from my textbooks or class lectures. Unfortunately, work and life got in the way and I never got further the freshman courses. Well, here it is 20 years later. I'm in my mid-50s now, and in a...
