AI Thread Summary
Searching for specific terms like "X Y Z" often yields results containing any of the terms rather than all. To refine searches to include only posts with all specified terms, users can utilize the Google search feature available on the forum. By clicking on the Search option and selecting the Google search section, users can input their query using "AND" between each term. This method effectively narrows down results to those that contain X, Y, and Z simultaneously. Employing this technique enhances search accuracy on the forum.

When I search for "X Y Z" I get all results that have either X or Y or Z.

Is there any way to find only posts that have X and Y and Z?

Try using the google search option (click on Search at the top of the page and use the search google section at the bottom) and use "AND" between each option.

I found physics forums and used it to ask questions I was unable to get answered from my textbooks or class lectures. Unfortunately, work and life got in the way and I never got further the freshman courses. Well, here it is 20 years later. I'm in my mid-50s now, and in a...
