Hi, got a naive question (not in the electronics area)

I have got two capacitors in series when being charged with a DC (I presume the resistors have negligible conductances so I assume the time constant of charging would follow that of a series capacitor circuit), like this,
---||--- (C1) ---||--- (C2)
| |--------| |
---R1--- ---R2----
But how would the current flow when I discharge these capacitors when C1<<<<C2 and R2<<<<R1 in relation to time? and what type of discharging pattern should the time constant follow?

Thanks
And

and_5,

Welcome to PF!

You are going to need to present your circuit in a legible diagram and clarify your question before anyone can help you. Try drawing it and scanning it, or using cad software and taking a screen shot like the one attached.
