The new topic in my Intro to Microelectronic circuits class is Mosfets. This is one of the only topics that has given me this much trouble in this class, and was wondering if I could be given some help/input. I've taken notes on the topic, it's just been giving me a hard time. Thanks for any and all input/advice!

From what I can know about mosfets, I'm supposed to find the input resistance at the drain, source, and gate. Actually doing that on the other hand is a challenge mainly because I'm not sure where to start. If anyone could offer some advice or even walk me through part a that would be great seeing as I'm not sure how to begin this problem. Thanks!
