Way to change the forum time and date?

the time and date displayed by posts and etc. on the forum don't correspond to my time zone (USA pacific)

is there some way to change the time?

My PF -> Edit Options -> Date and Time
 
I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha.
