I was looking for a forum to ask an electrical question, and found this one. being the geeky type, and seeing all the other topics, I figured this might be a nice forum to frequent!

I work a lot with telephone systems, primarily specializing in antique phones, but I also do some IT and CCTV work as well as household electrical repairs.
High voltage systems and mechanical engineering are also some of my areas of interest, as well as ham radio and storm spotting.

I look forward to learning some new things, and hopefully sharing some of what I know.

I have an uncle that works in mechanical engineering as well! Welcome to PF!

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum. Thank you for your warm welcome.
