I am doing an application for a post grad position at the moment, and I am required to submit a transcript.

What is this and where do I get it from?

Your report card; an official statement of all your grades, coursework, and credits. You request it from one of the administrative offices in your school, probably the registrar. If you don't have a registrars office, just ask your advisor who you go to for a transcript.
