What is the Best Way to Learn About Computers and Networking as a Beginner?

hello everyone i am a new member here and i am here because i wish to know more about computers as i am very interested in computers. i am a noob but i am ready to do what it takes to learn more. i wanted to study computer networking in brazil but because of lack of money i wasnt able to do so. so i hope i can get some knowledge from this forum

You can also use Wikipedia as a good resource.
