What is the Importance of Multilingual Participation in Scientific Forums?

Hi, I am a mature student in Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering and regularly end up reading posts from this forum so I decided to join and hopefully participate sometimes.
Please forgive me if/when my English is poor, I am not an English native speaker.

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics.
