Where to Seek Help for Calculating Impact Force for Safety Inspections?

Hi there, I am GuyTom. I have only been aware of this forum about an hour and I already love it, there's a lifes worth of info to read!

Where would be the best place to ask for help regarding an impact force calculation?
I need to calculate an impact force of an obect breaking off a rotating object so I can corrctly size the thickness of a safety inspection window.

Any help appreciated
