AI Thread Summary
Jennifer Aniston has been voted the "Hottest Woman of All Time" in a recent MensHealth.com poll, sparking a lively debate among forum participants. Many express skepticism about the choice, questioning the criteria for such a title and suggesting that other iconic figures like Sophia Loren and Ingrid Bergman deserve recognition. Some participants argue that beauty is subjective and often overlooks the attractiveness of everyday women compared to celebrities. The conversation touches on the distinction between beauty and "hotness," emphasizing that personal connections and qualities beyond physical appearance play significant roles in attraction. Overall, the discussion highlights the varied opinions on beauty standards and the influence of celebrity culture on perceptions of attractiveness.

Well, according to recent MensHealth.com poll, that's Jennifer Aniston.

Jennifer Aniston beat every single famous lady (past and present) out there in a recent MensHealth.com poll, which anointed her the Hottest Woman of All Time.

What do you think?

Not a great choice, IMO. Cute butt, but really!?? Lucy Liu would blow her out of the water in the beauty department. What were they thinking?

And "all time"? What about Sophia Loren, Lauren Bacall, Ingrid Bergman?

I was surprised too! She's cute but the hottest of all time?

Personally I think my oldest daughter could be, but I am biased of course and she is mother too.

This question never really works out too well. Any time I've seen a list of the supposedly most beautiful women, it always seems to me all I would have to do is take a walk across campus and I would see 10-20 women that beat every one on the list.

I think Brittney Spears being on the list is an instant invalidation.

I thought these awards were negotiated by the celebrity's agent?

My wife and I agree with you, Pooh!

They certainly are...c'mon britney spear is not hot, even with tons of photoshop she is ok at best.

And to be honest, I find normal women a lot hotter than these celebrities.

Me too. When my HS lab-partner's baby sister (16, at the time) came bouncing out of the house in that teeny bikini to meet me for a swim-date my jaw dropped. Normal guys would have trampled Anniston, Jolie, and end-to-end Kardashians just to get to her. Celebrity is 'way over-rated.

This is true. The number of extremely attractive women you can encounter just walking down the street in the right areas is surprising. And they do beat women famous for their attractiveness.

Jennifer Aniston is cute but I wouldn't take it any further. Those bikini photos of her aren't even flattering.

The hottest woman of all time depends entirely on the moment

It's a relative matter. This reminds me of a saying: 'a monkey is like a deer in his mother's eye'
Now this somehow confuses me, I do remember once... Or twice... Maybe more, that I've been called a 'deer'... But I'm not a monkey...:bugeye:

Ah ... this question was SO much easier when I was young. Beautiful women were divided into two groups. Sophia Loren and then all the rest of them.

That broke things up quite a bit. When BB was younger, she would have skewed that math off the chart.

The males in our family have voted and said that while Jennifer Anniston is very nice looking, the 70 year old grandmother in the family is a LOT HOTTER.
