I try to understand not typical holes and electrons movements in semiconductors devices. Sometimes holes and electrons don't move as expected !

Welcome to the PF.

If you have a specific example of what is confusing you, please feel free to start a New Thread in the Electrical Engineering forum. Post links to your reading, and ask about what seems to be the unexpected result. You should get good replies.

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum. Thank you for your warm welcome.
