Why is spam porn so hard?

I can tell you first hand seeing porn, like hardcore ****, like a girl with multiple partners, can really **** up your sex life with a girl you really love. You see these sluts on TV or movies or whatever, and you fear the girl you love would do that. It leads to jealousy, etc. It can really ruin a relationship.
What is scary is not imagining your woman doing what they do on that screen, but how she will react when she discovers you watching the screen.

You'd be surprised how many don't react negatively.

True. I think most of the women I know realize this is just something men do, and don't really care one way or the other. Most of the rest would want to view it with them, or would use it as incentive to see how far they need to go to distract their man from viewing. Only a handful are upset by this...not surprisingly, their men are usually the ones who are viewing porn secretly to substitute for what they aren't getting in other ways.

When lovers are good friends first and foremost is when sex can be a lot of fun. Then what a couple does is what they've learned they both like. When there is no issue about respect (i.e., when it's firmly there), then couples may start to treat sex as an opportunity to play.

Now, if one realizes consentual sex between adults isn't shameful in any, way shape or form, then one is free to play with one's lover in great many ways. Some of the varieties of sexual play, especially that which can develop over time as a relationship matures, might appear obscene to someone relatively naive about the play aspect, or who have self-esteem or guilt issues around sex.

But what might appear obscene from the outside is really due to the fact that some people like raunchy sexual "play." A woman, for instance, may "play" a whore in the bedroom with her friend-lover, and feel assured that outside the bedroom he knows they were just playing, and that her (and his) wicked behavior during sex has absolutely nothing to do with her (or his) character. Because the friendship is there, only issue between them is discovering the ways they both enjoy, or at least feel comfortable, playing.

One of the best things I've ever learned for enjoying the experience -- beyond respect, friendship, openness, and non-judgementalness about sex -- is how much fun it can be to figure out what turns on my lover, and make her hot as a firecracker doing that. There's more to be had through that vicarious route than most (men especially) realize. I suppose that's why I like to cook for people too.

Pornography can be enjoyable. I'm not religious but I don't support the industry because I believe it negatively affects social and economic issues in society. I dislike that kind of spam as well. Since I'm a guy it is especially annoying and occasionally temporarily hampers my convictions to strive away from that material - which can be difficult.

I certainly don't intend to come across as supporting porn spam. No spam is good, and porn spam is bad because it imposes that on people who may choose not to view it and who are offended by it. Those who are interested in porn know where to find it, so they don't need it delivered to their inbox either, unless they've requested it.

Whoops, sorry about any lack of clarification in my post. I was just making a statement to everyone because it seemed like the thread was becoming a debate on pornography. I didn't think you came across as supporting porn spam.

My ex watched more porn than I ever did. Got ideas that way. There is nothing wrong with porn or with any sexual act as long as it is consentual. I'm a big fan of trying new positions and toys and role playing and games. I don't think other people should be brought into the relationship though, I'm a one man one woman sort of guy. Other than that though anything goes as long as it feels good, and it's suprising how many things do.

You'd be horrified when you saw all the negative reactions. Kill 'em all.

Yes, they have given up, got used to it, and they don't think there is any cure for it. Men = beasts.

Particularly and only when it is forced up in others' faces.

True, I really dislike all spam, and especially porno spam. So intrusive! I got off subject a little over someone talking about a woman acting "slutty." My impression was that he saw certain sexual behaviors as morally wrong. I believe a lot of sexual problems (especially in the US) have been needlessly caused by the shaming of sex. While porn might not be the best way to fix it, maybe it is something people are using to help shake off some that shame.

Well, I use it to shake off something. Wouldn't call it shame though.

It was you who sent those spam equations, Math is Hard? In my first days at Yale I saw in a bathroom stall an equation like "the integral of e to the x equals the function of u sub n"? It still haunts me. So much for freshman sex.
so THAT's what that means! I get it now!

This is the version that resides on a wall in a men's room in my dept.
[tex]\int e^x = e^x + C [/tex]

written to read like sex = ex + C

Okay, I had to stare at this one for a very long time. Is ex+C supposed to be read "ecstasy?" Are you supposed to read the + as a t?

I guess it would have to be zero.

(nevermind - I think I just said something stupid. I was dazzled by the shiny new logo.)

I'm merely reporting what I see...but my best guess was that 'ex' refers to an ex-wife/ex-gf/etc and 'C' was possibly an offspring, as in child.

No humor in that, eh ? Oh well...

Moonbear, I like the "ecstasy" interpretation.
