Suppose f(x) is differentiable 2 times, can I still use Maclaurin polynomial approximations and write:
[tex] f(x)=f(0)+f'(0)x+\frac {f''(0)x^2} {2!}+R_2(x) [/tex]
If yes why? (Lagrange and Cauchy reminder theorem are using in this case the 3'rd order derivative...)
