Can you skip some material in a physics book?
Really? No one has any suggestions? It seems pretty simple. Do you need to read the thermodynamics and wave & light sections to understand the electromagnetism section?- andrewkg

Well I have about 16 months. During the school year I can put in 5 hours & on weekend more. When you say these algorithms is there another type that you know of that could be more effective for this project? So do you think there is no way they could be effectively used. I have a whole...- andrewkg

Undergrad Multiplying Vectors in 3D Plane: Angles Explained
OK so I am a bit confused. I am doing multiplication of vectors. I am a bit confused about the angles between two vectors. Let's say a(vect)=(3.0)i-(4.0)j; b(vect)=(2.0)j+(3.0)k in unit vector notation. Or generally how are angles between two vectors in 3d defined. Not just in terms of the dot... -

Help finding solutions to sqrt(a+sqrt(-b))+sqrt(a-sqrt(-b))=4 and
In the first I tried simplifying and got a=8, but sqrt(-b) always canceled out. For the second I tried substituting for x or x^2 and it always canceled all the other values out.- andrewkg

Law Of Sines, deducing addition formula
Well this is an old post, but its similar to mine. In the question it says even if b or c is obtuse. And the altitude method will not work. Does anyone know or a secondary method. Or a way to show it works for B or C being obtuse.- andrewkg

Would it harm my later in life to take calculus 1 online?
Well credit for transfer isn't really all that necessary because I'm just dual enrolled at the university and high school so they will allow me allowing me to take latter math courses and allow it as my prereq to calc 2 if I say I already took the class. And I will probably take them again in...- andrewkg
