COVID Covid-19 test status after vaccination
Surely the antigen tests detect the presence of antibodies, which the vaccines stimulate the immune system to produce? I can see that the PCR test will do a better analysis though.- Geo212

Can Lowering Body Temperature Kill Viruses Like HIV?
As I understand it, a virus like HIV for example cannot survive more than a few degrees below normal body temperature. Is it possible, therefore, to reduce the whole body core temperature, under controlled conditions, to well below the virus survival threshold temperature, thereby killing the virus?- Geo212

Undergrad Electromagnetic radiation and photons
Why is light viewed as both wave energy and particle motion, whereas other forms of electromagnetic radiation is only seen as waves? Light is just a small part of the spectrum, so, surely all electromagnetic radiation should be viewed in the same way.- Geo212

Graduate Speed of light just after the Big bang?
I recently saw a documentary on TV in which Stephen Hawking stated that the universe was 600 lightyears in diameter, 10 minutes after the Big Bang. How can this possibly be true? - the particles and matter making up the outer limits will have had to have traveled at many times the speed of light...
