I need to clear this up: the difference between poisonous and infectous. Apparently infectious agents are living organisms like viruses and bacteria, while poisonous substances are, well, poisonous. But can't viruses be poisonous?- The P-manator

Chloralkali Process Safety: Can I Bubble Chlorine?
I'm trying to get the hydroxide. How do I keep the chlorine from reacting with the NaOH? When I was researching I saw that you can put a Nafion membrane to keep the two products separated.- The P-manator
