Does anyone know where to find the data of electrical resistance(conductance) of metals at different temperatures?I want to check the T^5 law at low temperature and the linear relation between conductance and temperature at high temperature.

I you only want the electron orbits of H atom,you can use mathematica to draw. The attached file is the mathematica notebook I write.You can change the parameters to draw any orbit you want.

But if what you only know is a(i,j),which isn's the matrix elements of the Hamiltonian,how do you find the eigen vectors?

The problem is how to find this orthogonal matrix.In ordinary case,to find this matrix we should solve an equation which needs to know the determinant of the given matrix.Then the question remains.

Determinat of a "continous" matrix? a(x,y) is a matrix element ,and x,y is the row and column index. If x,y are real numbers, how to calculate the determinat of this matrix or the inverse matrix? An example of this kind of matrix is <k|H|k'>,a Hamiltonian in momentum representation.

Does anyone know where to find the "direct" (not by prove they are both equal to Schrodinger formualtion )proof?

Take periodic square barrier potential for example.As illustrated in the figure,a plane wave Exp(ikx) incident on barrier 1,and if there is no other barrier the transmitted wave and reflected wave is T*Exp(ikx) and R*Exp(-ikx).When there are other barriers the scattered waves will be scattered...

Sorry,Maybe I failed to express my thought properly. What I mean is that: I summed the scattered waves and can't get the result that "wave can propagate without attenuation".I don't know what's wrong,so I wonder if I can find some reference or some calculation based on this idea.

Then what about verify this explanation theoretically?
