The interesting thing is, by the time the block gets rounded off all of the critters seem to have an equal chance of getting the seed.

Certainly the food/eating Healthy joke is intended to be fun and entertaining. Yet someone like I may pick at it, as doing here. Sometimes one should wash lettuce before eating it. Other leafy food one should wash, before cooking it. Remove microbes, and kill microbes so eater does not become sick. Also watch out for cookies or cream filled cookies. Depending on actual ingredients present and the eaters' self controls, these things can give pain, or also diarrhea. Once you read the joke and do not feel bothered by this analysis, nice joke!

Technically in the UK, you would need two commas: one after cook and one after crack. But that's just a UK thing.

I then seemed to figure it out. I thought there was more to it than that. Our grammar rules allow also one more comma, but it seems to be an author's choice.

Someone with better wording skill could do it. You just need to be aware of how goats may be used. I may be missing some of that skill so I cannot explain any better.
