AI Thread Summary
To determine the optimal temperature and pH level for enzyme activity, one should conduct experiments by measuring enzyme activity across a range of temperatures and pH values. The goal is to identify the conditions under which the enzyme exhibits the highest activity. Typically, this involves plotting enzyme activity against temperature and pH to find the peak points. It's essential to control other variables to ensure accurate results. Understanding these optimal conditions is crucial for applications in biochemistry and industrial processes.

hi everyone

i am having trouble figuring out how to determine the optimal temperature and optimal PH level of an enzyme?

i have a picture of the question uploaded here http://tiny.cc/3kude [can someone explain to me what to do because i don't even know where to start:(

You are looking for pH and temperature at which the enzyme activity is the highest.

I don't get how to argue it. i can prove: evolution is the ability to adapt, whether it's progression or regression from some point of view, so if evolution is not constant then animal generations couldn`t stay alive for a big amount of time because when climate is changing this generations die. but they dont. so evolution is constant. but its not an argument, right? how to fing arguments when i only prove it.. analytically, i guess it called that (this is indirectly related to biology, im...
