AI Thread Summary
A man uses the elevator from the 60th floor to the ground floor but only rides it to the 45th floor on his return, walking the remaining distance to the 60th floor. The reason for this behavior is that he is a midget, unable to reach the elevator button for the 60th floor. This puzzle highlights the limitations of the man rather than any health-related motivations or social interactions. Additionally, the discussion notes that this brain teaser has become repetitive and tiresome for many, indicating a desire for more varied content.

Puzzle:
A man leaves for his office and takes the lift from the 60th floor to the ground floor. When he returns back he takes the same lift to the 45th floor and then walks up to the 60th floor. Why?

Points to remember:
1. He is not a health freak
2. He does not have any relatives or friends on the 45th floor.

Physics news on Phys.org
He is a midget whose hands cannot reach higher than the 45th floor switch in the elevator.
