What are the odds of this happening at a four person table?

Depends on what you mean by "this". Getting a royal or the other people not doing anything? The first question has an answet, the second depends completely on the players.

From my experience (two royals, so it is anecdotal) it is difficult to get paid with a royal (you have all the good cards with the board, remember?) Unless you are up against a paired board, you are looking at asking a non-nut flush to pay you off. It is much easier to get paid with lower straight flushes.

I believe it was the summer of 2001 that I made a trip to Peru for my work. I was a private contractor doing automation engineering and programming for various companies, including Frito Lay.
