Ah ok! I didn't think of googling the name I just figured it was the place where it occurred for some reason
 
Lake Monona is the place and St. Elmo's Fire is the phenomenon.
 
Very cool video!
They should be careful with playing with it though, it's easy to go to far into the dark side of the Force. :smile:
