Can Quantum Mechanics Enhance Our Understanding of Cancer Biology?

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to learn physics from classical to quantum mechanics and beyond. I have a PhD in Cancer Biology, and I would like to expand my knowledge to something more solid and capable of math-based prediction than molecular biology.
