My email is hacked.How do i replace it with a new one?

i asked this question recently.but after asking i figured it out myself the answer i needed.now i know that i should not have asked though i searched for the answer earlier.does this violate the guidelines.i don't have any replies to this question though.so let this thread be closed.

I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha.
