I think this was done in response to Chavez's toilet paper tax, but that could have been coincidental to the story; not sure yet.

To be fair, we are talking about the man who claimed to smell brimstone where Bush had just been standing, at the UN. :smile: All of this is in very poor taste, so to speak, but it's not like he doesn't have it coming.
