AI Thread Summary
To determine the concentration of the resulting solution after boiling 1 liter of N/5 HCl down to 250 mL and removing 3.65 g of HCl, first calculate the initial moles of HCl in the solution. After boiling, the volume reduces to 250 mL, and the moles of HCl removed must be calculated from the mass given. The remaining moles of HCl can then be used to find the new molarity based on the reduced volume. Finally, the new Normality can be derived from the calculated molarity.

Homework Statement

On boiling 1litre N/5 HCl, the volume of the aqueous solution decreases to 250mL. If 3.65g of HCl is removed from the solution then the concentration of resulting solution becomes?

Homework Equations

No idea, from where should i start

1. Molarity of HCl?

2. Moles of HCl removed?

3. New volume?

You will have moles of HCl left in solution, new volume after boiling, so you can find out new molarity, and by extension, new Normality.

I don't get how to argue it. i can prove: evolution is the ability to adapt, whether it's progression or regression from some point of view, so if evolution is not constant then animal generations couldn`t stay alive for a big amount of time because when climate is changing this generations die. but they dont. so evolution is constant. but its not an argument, right? how to fing arguments when i only prove it.. analytically, i guess it called that (this is indirectly related to biology, im...
