Drained battery utilization

  1. Jan 4, 2009 #1
    Hello folks,

I have stored a whole bunch of drained AA, AAA and D batteries. They cannot be recharged. I was wondering if there is any way to sell them or utilize them for profit.

    Thanks in advance.

I don't know of a way. Best case, you can find a place to recycle them near you where it is free. Worst case, you pay to recycle them.

Well if you had a mountain of them, you could sell them as scrap metal. If there was any metal in them.
