I am a maths undergraduate and looking for a book that covers many applied maths topics, such as electromagnetism, fliud dynamics, Newtonian mechanics etc., about introductory to intermediate level. I know it'd be hard to find one that contains all of them so if u have any suggestion on only 1 topic that'd be great too, although I do prefer those which contain more than 1 topic. thanks!

I'm thinking of Kleppner & Kolenkow for mechanics, Griffiths for E&M and the interesting-looking book Mechanics of Fluids by Shames as being the sort of books you are looking for.

The book is fascinating. I've gone through the Standard turbulence textbooks such as Pope's Turbulent Flows and Wilcox' Turbulent modelling for CFD which mostly Covers RANS and the closure models. I want to jump more into DNS but most of the work i've been able to come across is too "practical" and not much explanation of the theory behind it.
