How Einstein managed to prove that gravity is the deformation of space-time through an eclipse?

Just a nitpick though:
He did not prove it.
He created a model of how he theorizes gravity to work. That model involves curved spacetime.
The eclipse observations vindicated his model, bolstering it as a robust and useful method for examining gravity.

There's no proof in there.
