When i post, i see that some people have picture with their names. i want to have my own picture with my comments. how do i do it?

You contribute money to PF and become a Gold Member. Or you contribute enough knowledge that you get recognized as a Homework Helper, Science Advisor or Mentor. Then you get an option to add an avatar via your profile page.
