AI Thread Summary
To post images or diagrams on a forum, use the attach feature located at the bottom of your post to upload images directly from your computer. After uploading, the image must be approved by a moderator before it becomes visible to others. Alternatively, images can be hosted on personal webspace or free image hosting sites like Photobucket or Imageshack, with links shared in the forum. This process allows for easy sharing of visual content in discussions. Understanding these methods is essential for effectively contributing to forum conversations.

Physics news on Phys.org
for all forums other than GD, you use the attatch feature which can be found at the bottom of your post. you upload an image from your computer onto the site. then it has to be approved by a moderator, and then anyone who wants to see it, can click on the thumbnail.

Alternatively, host the image on your own webspace (if you have any), or onto a site that provides free image hosting such as www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us and post a link to it.
