AI Thread Summary
The TI-89 calculator can experience slow performance due to limited storage space, leading users to delete applications in an attempt to free up memory. However, once applications are deleted, they cannot be recovered directly from the calculator. Users can transfer applications from another calculator to restore lost functionality. It's important to manage storage carefully to avoid unintentional deletions that could hinder performance.
