I Googled which nanoparticles can be used to deliver tuberculosis drugs, and got lots of good hits. Here's one of the first ones:

My suggestion is that, first you check what is the properties of mycobacterium tuberculosis cell wall. secondly, then you search same properties of nanoparticles then you can easily found nanoparticles which show the antituberculosis.
