To connect a signal generator to multiple components, a common approach is to use a T-junction or a splitter cable from the signal generator's output. This allows for simultaneous connections to both the capacitor and the resistor while maintaining signal integrity. It's important to ensure that the connections do not overload the signal generator. Merging similar threads can help consolidate information and avoid redundancy. The discussion emphasizes the need for clarity in setup to achieve effective results.

I'm trying to connect a signal generator as in the following configuration, my signal generator has an output port that i can connect to the capacitor in the diagram on a prorotype breadboard but what about the connection to the 3R3 resistor and DC supply? is there a special wire that goes from the signal generator output, splits into two that i can connect? or perhaps some kind of T-junction at the output port of the signal generator?

This is very similar to your other thread here with the same circuit, taleebe. Do you want me to merge the two threads? Or are you asking something significantly different here?

A merge would be ideal, thank you

Thread 'I thought it was only Amazon that sold unsafe junk'
I grabbed an under cabinet LED light today at a big box store. Nothing special. 18 inches in length and made to plug several lights together. Here is a pic of the power cord: The drawing on the box led me to believe that it would accept a standard IEC cord which surprised me. But it's a variation of it. I didn't try it, but I would assume you could plug a standard IEC cord into this and have a double male cord AKA suicide cord. And to boot, it's likely going to reverse the hot and...
