That should be $F_{net}=ma$ and $F_{MagneticForceOnWirePerpendicularToField}=BIL$ so when $F_{net}=F_{MagneticForceOnWirePerpendicularToField}$ then $ma=BIL$.

When you use a variable in physics you need to know what physical quantity it represents, not just the letter.
