What do the terms "line transformation ratio" and "phase transformation ratio" mean, for a transformer bank?

I am not familiar with the terminology you have used, but I believe that the line transformation ratio would be the turns ratio (ie voltage ratio), while the phase transformation ratio is most probably the phase shift introduced by a 3 phase transformer.
