Does anybody know where can I find something about testing machines? Something about main types, how do they operate etc.

That's still not specific enough. What kind of testing? Also, google is your friend. Ie, if you want to know about charpy testing, google charpy testing. If you want to know about stress/strain testing, google stress-strain testing. If you want hardness testing...
