Mobile 'Lights': Impact on Signal Strength?

AI Thread Summary
Mobile light-emitting stickers may interfere with signal strength when used on devices, particularly when far from the antenna. Their size and placement could potentially create a barrier that weakens the signal, similar to a small Faraday cage effect. Concerns about connectivity arise due to the possibility of these stickers obstructing or absorbing signals. The impact on signal strength largely depends on the materials used in the stickers and their design. Overall, caution is advised when using such accessories if maintaining optimal signal connectivity is a priority.

mobile "lights"

I have seen some light making stickers sold that can be put on your mobile and they emit light when you talk. Am I right that they will lower my chances of getting connected when I am far from the antenna? I mean they must somehow make signal weaker, don;t they?

you would think , and depending on how big they are , they might act like a small Faraday cage .
