Does anyone know where I can find the descriptions of an experiment using dice to model predator-prey relationships?

I haven't found anything related specifically to predator/prey relationships, but in terms of ecosystems, there's a game that uses dice at this site: http://www.caosclub.org/members/earth34.html

Thread 'Fermentation using mixed legume and grain feedstock'

I use ethanol for cleaning glassware and resin 3D prints. The glassware is sometimes used for food. If possible, I'd prefer to only keep one grade of ethanol on hand. I've made sugar mash, but that is hardly the least expensive feedstock for ethanol.
