That is some lame photoshopping.
 
This reminds me of an old Candid Camera episode. Back in the day when no one had to lock their bicycles, the Candid crew went around looking for parked bikes. When they found one, they would do things like dropping it over a street light so that the pole passed through the bike's frame, and dropping it down to the ground; leaving the rider to contemplate how it got that way.
