1. how do you block or interfere with the emf(electromagnetic field) emission generated by your brain?

2. how do you block or interfere with an EEG taken from the mind(what factor influence EEG taken from the mind and can
add noise to the signal?).

3. Regarding US Patent 3,951,134 "Apparatus for Remotely monitoring Brain Waves", is it possible to block the brain from generating
an interference wave (or add noise/jam the signal) to prevent an EEG signal from being demodulated from it?

This technology is well known. Even president Trump has used this technology...

Just don't attach electrodes to your head. The signal is too weak to be measured remotely, even with electrodes on the head it is quite noisy.

You can patent basically everything in the US, you don't have to show that it actually works. You can patent "detecting neutrinos from Alpha Centauri to determine who will win the next football match" - that doesn't mean anyone would have a plausible way to do so.
