Easy, Close your eyes, and don't try thinking of anything, if something comes into your mind just let it go don't follow it or try of thinking it. Try to stay as long as you can. I think this is the best way to relax the mind from all these problems. What do you think?

I meditate occasionally. I also take naps. I used to try to avoid taking them, but I have acquired a belief that I should listen to my body more carefully. If I am tired I take a nap.
